Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. To save some time, you can also download and print the New Patient Form and fill it out in advance.
Initial Examination
When you visit, your dentist will start the appointment by reviewing your medical and dental history, followed by a completing a dental exam. This includes a careful check of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, along with any X-rays that may be needed.
Treatment Plan
After reviewing your history and finishing your exam, your dentist will create a personalized treatment plan just for you. They’ll also take the time to answer any questions you have about your oral health and the options available.

At Platinum Dental Care, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, insurance, and financing so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost (or the patient portion if direct-billing to your insurance) must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
Financing
Start treatment today, pay later*. At Platinum Dental Care, we offer flexible in-house financing options with 0% interest to help you achieve your dental goals. We also offer financing with Fairstone.

Can I get to your clinic using public transit?
Yes! Our clinic is accessible using either just the TTC, or a combination of the subway and TTC.
- Take the TTC Bus Route 67. Then, ride the bus northbound and get off at Lawrence Avenue West. Walk west on Lawrence Avenue West until you reach us.
- If you're using the subway, take the University Line northbound to St. Clair West Station. Transfer to the TTC Bus Route 512 at St. Clair West Station. Ride the bus westbound and get off at Bathurst Street. Walk north on Bathurst Street to reach Lawrence Avenue West. Turn west on Lawrence Avenue West and keep walking until you get to us.
