    Dr. Levy takes pride in his work, and a true personal interest in each patient he sees – and his patients notice. His practice – Bowmanville Dental – is also regularly voted as The Best Dental Office thanks to his happy, loyal patients, and his friendly, dedicated team.

    Dr. Levy wants to help you understand your dental treatment options, make the best informed decision for you, and deliver the dental care you need in a comfortable and caring office from a skilled and friendly team.

    Bowmanville Dental offers truly complete family dentistry - and for those who are anxious about dental visits, Dr. Levy offers dental sedation options ranging from laughing gas to dentistry asleep. This allows Dr. Levy to offer dental treatment for every age.

    Dr. Levy graduated with his DDS degree from the University of Toronto Dentistry in the year 2000. His commitment to offering complete care to his patients means that Dr. Levy continues with courses in Paediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Surgical and Implant dentistry, and full mouth restorations. This unique multidisciplinary approach to patient care really sets him apart from other practitioners.

    Working alongside an anaesthesiologist, in his dedicated surgical suite, Dr. Levy and his team perform dentistry under general anaesthesia so that patients can have standard dental treatment, as well as wisdom tooth removals, implant placement, and root canals while fully sedated and comfortable. In fact, other local dentists trust Dr. Levy to perform this care and routinely refer patients to him. You don’t need a referral though. You can simply call the office to arrange your own consultation for dental care or dentistry asleep.

    Bowmanville Dental is equipped with the latest in dental technology to deliver comfortable procedures and accurate, predictable results. Dr. Levy uses technology such as the 3shape Trios scanner to capture the finest of detail in every impression, or his in-house CT 3D cone beam imaging for accuracy. His commitment to your care is what drives him.

    When he is not at the office, Dr. Levy is a family man, spending his days with his beautiful wife and four children. Dr. Levy finds balance when enjoying long bike rides, remote hiking trails, working out, and the occasional game of basketball.

    Orthodontist

    Dr. Heliya Ziai attended McMaster University for her undergraduate studies where she graduated Cum Laude from the Bachelor of Health Sciences Program. She obtained her doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honour Society. She went on to earn her Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Heliya is passionate about orthodontics and is dedicated to using the latest, most effective technologies and techniques for her patients.

    Dr. Heliya loves working together with her patients to help establish a healthy and confident smile. Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Heliya Ziai playing tennis, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Heliya’s greatest joy is seeing her patients’ confidence grow as their smiles do.

    Dr. Mitchell Sutton received an Honours BSc in Human Biology from University of Guelph, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto. He is experienced and skilled in a wide range of dental procedures, including preventative dentistry and implant dentistry.

He is experienced and skilled in a wide range of dental procedures, including preventative dentistry and implant dentistry. He believes in helping patients maintain optimal oral health to ensure that their appointments are pleasant and uncomplicated. Dr. Sutton also prides himself on proactive patient communication, including being well-versed in Sign Language.

    Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Sutton has volunteered as a guest lecturer at the University of Guelph. He is also involved in the sign language program at the University of Guelph-Humber. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and gardening. He particularly enjoys tending to his unique plants

    Dr. Gurza completed his dental degree at the University of Toronto in 1978. He was awarded the Alpha Omega Undergraduate Scholarship Award and the Pro Liberis Orthodontic Award for excellence in academic and clinical achievements.

    Recognizing outstanding academic performance, he was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon’s honor dental society. Dr. Gurza went on to attend the graduate program at the University of Toronto and completed his specialty orthodontic degree in 1981, the same year he founded The Brace Place.

    Dr. Gurza is qualified to provide the latest and greatest in orthodontic treatment. Dr. Gurza is an Invisalign® Certified Provider — this treatment uses a series of invisible aligners made with high-tech 3-D computer imaging technology. He is also experienced in orthodontic treatment with other proven technologies including ceramic braces, iBraces™, gold braces, the latest techniques in traditional metal braces, and craniofacial (jaw) orthopedics.

    Dr. Sari Kichler graduated with honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 2014. She received her Bachelors of Science from Dalhousie University and Masters of Science from the University of Western Ontario.

    Dr. Kichler enjoys all aspects of dentistry and works with her patients to meet their needs and improve their dental health. She provides exceptional care to patients of all ages in a comfortable and friendly environment. She likes nothing more than seeing her patients come and leave the office with a big smile.

    Dr. Kichler is a certified Invisalign provider, an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.

    When she’s not working, Dr. Kichler can be found spending time with her husband and chasing after her two young children. She also loves travelling, cooking and working out.

    Dr. Hadass Moyal graduated with honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, where she served as Vice President of Finance for the Dental Student Society. She was also an executive member of the Pi Chapter of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and held the position of Chapter Treasurer in her final year.

    Dr. Hadass was the recipient of the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award and the Ethics, Jurisprudence, and Practice Administration Award. Before dental school, she completed her undergraduate studies in Mathematical Biology at York University.

    In her free time, Dr. Hadass enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Teddy. She also loves traveling, tutoring, and attending pilates classes. Dr. Hadass is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest standard of care and is thrilled to be joining the Platinum team.
