Dr. Stephen C. Gurza is a Orthodontist at Platinum Dental Care in North York
Dr. Gurza completed his dental degree at the University of Toronto in 1978. He was awarded the Alpha Omega Undergraduate Scholarship Award and the Pro Liberis Orthodontic Award for excellence in academic and clinical achievements.
Recognizing outstanding academic performance, he was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon’s honor dental society. Dr. Gurza went on to attend the graduate program at the University of Toronto and completed his specialty orthodontic degree in 1981, the same year he founded The Brace Place.
Dr. Gurza is qualified to provide the latest and greatest in orthodontic treatment. Dr. Gurza is an Invisalign® Certified Provider — this treatment uses a series of invisible aligners made with high-tech 3-D computer imaging technology. He is also experienced in orthodontic treatment with other proven technologies including ceramic braces, iBraces™, gold braces, the latest techniques in traditional metal braces, and craniofacial (jaw) orthopedics.
